After having been out of school for two decades, in 2016, Monica decided to enhance her business and technology skills and earned a Masters of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Customer Experience Management. Ms. Russell is a strong believer of staying educated in order to, not only elevate her personal brand, but to also empower her peers, colleagues, and clients as well.
